I had no idea what I was walking into at work last night. Amazing to have been there for the final Yes rally; failed at maintaining a professional neutral face by the end of shift when the crowd spontaneously started singing Flower of Scotland. So proud of this country for standing up, can’t wait to see the results stream in overnight. Fingers crossed.

“You’ll be fine. You’re 25. Feeling [unsure] and lost is part of your path. Don’t avoid it. See what those feelings are showing you and use it. Take a breath. You’ll be okay. Even if you don’t feel okay all the time.”

“Just assume it’s going to happen. Be confident, but have humility. Anyone deserves it, it’s not a big deal. Go for it. Just don’t…you know, don’t be an asshole.”
